Double Row Machined Sprockets (Used with True ½" x ½" flat wire belts)

These sprockets have two full rows of precision machined teeth which allow for uniform tooth engagement on each belt pitch. In comparison to unmachined or single row sprockets, double row sprockets have a longer life.

FBC also offers various custom machined flat wire sprockets which are essential for smooth belt operation. They help to maintain the alignment of the positively driven belt and are often cheaper than friction driven systems. Our personalized solutions will meet your needs and help keep your lines running efficiently.

Metric and Imperial Roller Chain and Sprockets

We also carry a variety of simplex, duplex, triplex, tapered, and bushed chain sprockets. Certain made-to-order designs are also available including double simplex, QD, Idler ball bearing sprockets, and many more. All sprockets can be fabricated in various materials and are provided with the corresponding chain. Select designs also have the option of teeth hardening. Please contact us to learn more about our extensive selection of chain sprockets.

Clean-Sweep Sprockets

These innovative sprockets are designed to deflect any amount of accumulated product in your conveyor drive. As a result, drive friction is reduced which helps lessen belt wear. Eliminating this product buildup has many benefits. For instance, the chances of product loss and carryout are reduced. Also, belt skipping due to product buildup can be avoided. Furthermore, there is less of a chance of belt breakage which can sometimes result if product buildup causes incorrect contact with sprocket teeth.
