Flat Wire Belting

Standard Duty Flat Wire Belting

Standard Duty Flat Wire Belting

Standard duty belts are normally equipped with clinched edges to prevent shrinkage on the rods, but can also be furnished with button-head welded edges.

Heavy Duty Flat Wire Belting

Heavy Duty Flat Wire Belting

Heavy duty belts are normally equipped with button-head welded edges but can also be furnished with clinched edges to prevent shrinkage on the rods.

Key-Turn Heavy Duty Radius Belting

Key-Turn Heavy Duty Radius Belting

Key-turn belts perform like straight run belts but have the capability to make left or right hand turns up to 180 degrees. The minimum belt turning radius is equal to 2.2 times the belt width, this is measured on the inside radius of the belt. In a turn the outside edge receives all the stresses but with the addition of reinforcing links the load carrying capacity is greatly increased.

These reinforcing links can be supplied on either side or both.

Versa-Link

This easy-to-install flat wire belt can be joined using link rods in as little as 30 seconds. With an edge finish that is flush with the belt and up to 81% open area, the Versa-Link belt is easy to clean and provides maximum flow through capabilities for heating and cooling operations.
