Food Procession Application
Having experience with woven mesh fabrication, a client came to us with the task of making a belt which would be able to withstand temperatures of 175–190 °C, conveying within a fryer in a food processing application. After understanding the client's needs, we began forming the individual parts of the mesh with stainless steel round wire using our custom tooled weaving and crimping machines. The belt was then assembled in accordance with the length and width required by the customer as well as ISO 9001:2008 standards.
